New stamps hark back to pre-1969 Libya

Libya's postal service has recently issued two new stamps.

The first carries the image of the Benghazi lighthouse, built in 1935, which also features on the new LD50 banknote.

The second stamp displays a picture of the parliament building in Al Bayda, built in 1964 under the reign of King Idris when the city was the seat of government.
