Arusi: Libya 'could' have new licensing round under current government

In a recent interview with Reuters, new oil and gas minister Abdelbari al-Arusi said that a new licensing round "could" take place in the next 15 months, with Libya to review previous agreements to develop "the right solution for new negotiations in the future".
