LIDCO looking to resume CAN 2017 preparations

The Libyan Investment and Development Company (LIDCO) says has it taken steps to start resuming work at a sports city in Benghazi, which is intended to host football matches during the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) 2017 tournament.
